Bricolage has been decommissioned

We have been decomissioned our installation of Bricolage at HG so that staff aren’t making updates to articles that will never be migrated. AoE3H and RTWH will be brought online in Zope in the upcoming days.

We’re republishing roughly 1,500 articles and images today as part of the Bricolage—> Zope conversion. Things may be a little slow on the Bricolage and Zope servers until the conversion is done.
